‘Clean Province’ is an Action Plan for Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Management in Thailand formulated by Ministry of Interior (MOI) in 2016 and has been updating every year. “Clean Province Competition” was introduced in 2017 by MOI with purpose of promoting “Clean Province Action Plan” at National Level.
