Is a Thailand based Consulting Firm established on January 2016 with its business lines of (1) to provide Environment-related Consulting Service and (2) to provide other consulting services, including business development.

 

In general, It is crucial to assign qualified person & adopt exact methodology in terms of optimization of the project implementation. EXRI ASIA will

 

1. together with EX Research Institute, assigns not only internal experts, but also others from our wide network, covering academic sector, related associations & groups of industries, to support our activities in the project, and

2. conducts study starting from detailed date & information collection & evaluation with selecting the best local counterpart for the project, as there are many cases, in which the owner of the project could not get expected outcome from their project implementation, due to insufficient data & information, erroneous choice of local counterpart (s), failure in relationship development with local parties,

 

in order for our clients to maximize their possibility to realize their targets / goals.

 

Because of COVID-19, Business Environment has been drastically changed since the beginning of 2020, and we have entered into new normal, under which we have to achieve our goals & target in more cost & time effective manners.
